Summary: Staff was very good and responsive. From the transportation from airport to the property, the luggage porter, the ladies at the front desk, the bar service at the pool and all wait staff were terrific. Food and service at the restaurant were amazing. The housekeeping team did a terrific job providing a clean room with all the towels you need. Everything you needed was well coordinated by the staff. The sunset views were spectacular and you have a great front row seat on your private terrace.
